SMALL GOLD MINE SEEKS US$ 600.000 IN FINANCING
Mine containing fine gold on the range of 20 grams per tone, is seeking financing. It is a small mine containing inferred 20.000 gold ounces, to be exploited on a 5 year period. It is a small scale production to avoid larger impact on the environment. At a estimated price of US$ 1.300 the gold ounce, there is a potencial of US$ 26.000.000 in resources. Profits from these sales are US$ 13.000.000 to be collected on a 5 year period.
This potential is near the surface, and most of the 100 hectares had not been researched neither on the surface or under it. It is thought to have copper more in depth, as there is evidence of an old mining work.
The mine has some works from aboriginal and colonial Spanish times. It means the mine was exploited more than 200 years ago when they were focused on resources having more than 200 grams per tone. On such date, only very rich mineralization raised their attention. So, we have real chances to find deposits containing more than the average 20 grams we have exposed.
We need a passive investor to invest on this business. Production to start 90 days after financing is completed as this is a very small scale operation and we are ready to start. We accept partial investment on any amount.

We believe the copper and gold to be discovered in addition to the amount mentioned above, may rise the total resources to above US$ 100 million. Then the potential profits could be approximately US$ 50 million. But our decision to run the mine, is taken just on the materials we have assessed near the surface on US$ 26.000.000. The rest is just extra benefit to be calculated more precisely while we are in production of the 20.000 gold ounces.
EXPLORATION EXPERTISE
We are focused on finding rich mineralization as we are a strong team in exploration. We have financed with our own resources the exploration and finding of more than 3.000 hectares on different places in Chile having interesting potential. Our main goal presently is to put into production a couple of mines, approximately 300 hectares, only 10 % of our mining properties. Our target is to produce trough small mines, as they require not big figures to finance. For such reason we just need additionally US$ 600.000 to start this project that may yield US$ 12.000.000 in profits. The second mine can produce equivalent numbers also on a 5 year period. So our short term goal is to put into production two units that can sell US$ 10 million a year. With such cash we are able to finance all the additional exploration and expansion of our businesses.
We own other mining properties that need US$ 5 million just to explore them as the resources contained are significantly more important than the above mentioned.
COMMENTS ON THE PICTURE
For those familiar with gold mining, the rock shown on the picture is a rock near the surface, oxidized, having small caves where gold use to hide. This is the kind of material to be exploited. Further below, quartz mineralization is more common. But the initial material is soft, not hard as quartz, favoring a rapid exploitation.
