We started very small but we own today ( February 2013) around 3.000 hectares in 13 mining properties having gold and copper.
Our mining equity exceeds by far US$ 20 million.
We participate in mining in 5 areas:
1. Exploration. Our main strength is to able to discover resources.
2. Exploitation. We expect to start production in April 2013 of a small, tiny gold mine. Late in 2013 or early in 2014 we will start a new mine producing copper and gold.
3. Trading of minerals, tailings and slags.
4. Consultancy in strategic negotiations between small or medium size miners dealing with large international mining companies.
5. Services: We have provided services to other companies as building mining roads, and the like.
Our target is to sell a minimum of US$ 5 million per year.
The summary of this past 7 years is excellent as we started without any of the resources we own now
Our way of doing things is to start small, giving one little step. Feeling it, getting comfortable on it. Earn some cash, and then go to the next step on the ladder.
WE HAVE GROWN IN PARTNERS
I participate with 5 partners on these deals. They are not employees. They are owners. So, they have proper motion and leadership. They have gotten practical expertise. I lead the group providing funding and strategic leadership. But their contribution to these results, it is fundamental.
COMMUNITY SERVICE
Along this growth, we have a strong commitment to donate a 10% of our profits to the community, in particular trough education. We started with such philosophy when we had little. Now we feel more obligated when we have grown. We feel that it is a must to share abundance in particular with younger generations. Our plan is to expand this service in the future when our mines can be in production.
