Chile is well known for being leader in world copper production. International large mining companies are established in Chile. However there is room for small and medium size investors to enter in a profitable business on smaller scale. The advantage of these business, is that they are running or they take less time to put them into operation. Within a few months they are selling, if they are not already doing it at a minor scale.

However Chile is more than copper. There are good opportunities producing other metals as gold, silver and manganese ore, besides iron ore.

There is a strong demand for minerals from many sources.

In small mining is not frequent to find the first 3 parties concentrated on the same person or company as it may happen in large mining companies. The later even may have the buyer under another name or they sell the product to refinery of the same holding.

On small mining the first three players are split, so there is the business opportunity available to investors. The business idea is to assist the company to stay small reproducing the same scale of operation on different places, then multiplying the sales rapidly. Or grow more to become a medium size player on a sole installation. On any case, the expansion of sales and revenues can grow fast.

DIFFERENT BUSINESS DEPENDING ON THE STAGE OF DEVELOPMENT

1. The Exploration business. Invest in exploration to sell the mines afterward without exploiting it.

2. Be a simple buyer of ores, without buying the mine, advancing some funds to put the mine into production, and paying for the process on another plant and selling the outcome.

3. Another business is to put into production a mine or expand the actual scale and sell the ores. You may become a partner or have a deal over the mine.

4. Install or expand a processing plant. It can be to process minerals from third parties, or to add the processing unit to an own mine. The outcome are minerals concentrate or final products, which are sold to clients.

JOINT VENTURES

There are buyers asking for minerals, but there are not enough producers. Most of large mining operations have secured contracts and nothing is available for third parties. So, one of the options to get mineral is to make a Joint Venture with the processing plant or the mine owner, wherever is needed the financial support.

We are searching for financing or investors to get engaged on this deals. There are always opportunities. Some better than others. So we would like to hear of your interest to invest. However, we only receive requests from final investors or their legal representatives. The amount to invest start on US$ 2 million up to US$ 30 million. It depends on the size of the business.
